Which care plan should I choose?
If your site rarely changes, or you update it yourself, Essentials covers the hosting, security, backups and fixes. If you want prices, photos and opening hours kept up to date for you, Looked After is the plan most small businesses pick. Looked After Plus suits busy sites that change every month.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Every plan is monthly rolling, so you can cancel any time. You can also switch plans when your needs change.
What counts as a content change?
Text updates, new photos, prices, opening hours, swapping a review in, or a minor design tweak. Bigger jobs, like a new page or a new layout, are quoted first so there are no surprise bills.
What happens if my site breaks?
Tell us by email or WhatsApp and we'll reply within 24 hours on working days. Fixes to things that have stopped working, like an important web form, are covered by every plan, and we aim to have them done within 2-3 business days.
Can you look after a website someone else built?
Often, yes. Send us the address and we'll check how it's built and where it's hosted. If it needs work before we can look after it properly, we'll tell you what and what it would cost.
Do I keep my website if I cancel?
Yes. Your website and domain stay yours. We'll help move the site to new hosting or hand it over to whoever is taking it on.
Is VAT added to the prices?
No. Kwise Web isn't VAT registered, so the monthly price is what you pay.
