Delivery dates depend on prompt communication and timely client approvals. If content, assets, or decisions are delayed, project timelines may also move. This helps keep expectations realistic for both sides and avoids confusion once delivery is underway.

Payments

Payment terms are shared before work begins. For ongoing monthly services, cancellation terms are defined in the agreed package. Late payment may delay delivery, handover, support, or further updates until the account is brought up to date.

Where deposits, staged payments, or monthly care plans apply, those details are confirmed in writing before work starts so the commercial side of the project is clear before delivery begins.

Content and intellectual property

Website content, branding, and design materials on this site are owned by Kwise Web unless stated otherwise. Client-supplied logos, copy, images, and brand assets remain the property of the client or their respective owners. Final ownership and usage rights for delivered work are confirmed in the project agreement or quote.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, fonts, plugins, or form services. Kwise Web is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by those third-party providers, although reasonable help can be offered to resolve issues where appropriate.

Where a client manages those third-party accounts directly, the client remains responsible for keeping access, billing, and account details up to date. Kwise Web can advise on setup and handover, but cannot control the policies or behaviour of external platforms.

Liability

Information on this site is provided as-is and may change over time. Kwise Web is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any claim connected to use of this site or a service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, where such a limit is legally enforceable.
