£99 Setup Website Offer Terms

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms cover the £99 setup website offer: a one-page website for a £99 setup fee, then paid for monthly over a 12-month minimum term, instead of £399 upfront for a one-off build. They sit alongside our general Terms of Service. Where the two differ, these terms apply to this offer.

Who can apply

The offer is for UK service businesses that are already trading. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

It's for business customers only. By applying, you confirm you're acting for your business, not as a consumer, so consumer cancellation rights for personal purchases don't apply.

Getting started and timescales

If you're approved, we'll email you a summary of the offer and a link to these terms. Work starts once you've confirmed by email that you're happy to go ahead and paid the setup fee. You then send us your details: the services you offer, the areas you cover, your logo and any photos you have. Rough notes are fine, because we write the words.

We aim to have your first draft ready within 3–5 working days of getting your details, and most sites go live within 7 days. You can ask for reasonable changes to the draft before it goes live. Timescales are targets, not guarantees: they depend on getting your details and feedback promptly.

If we're waiting on your details or feedback for more than 30 days, we may pause or cancel the build. You won't owe any monthly payments, because those only start when your site goes live. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded in that case.

Payments

The setup fee is £99, paid once when you go ahead and before we start building. If we can't take your project on after you've paid it, we'll refund it in full.

Kwise Web isn't VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the setup fee or the monthly price.

The plan costs £49 a month, billed monthly in advance. Your first payment is taken on the day your site goes live, then on the same date each month. We'll confirm how payments are taken before your site goes live.

Your monthly price won't change during your minimum term. After that, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.

If a payment fails, we'll let you know. If it's still unpaid 14 days later, we may take your site offline until your account is up to date.

Minimum term and cancelling

The minimum term is 12 months, starting on the day your site goes live. It's how the rest of the build cost is covered: you pay a £99 setup fee rather than £399 upfront for a one-off build, and the rest is spread over your first year.

After the minimum term, the plan carries on month to month. You can cancel any time by email, and the plan ends at the end of your current billing period.

You can also cancel during the minimum term, but the monthly payments left in it are still due. Once they're paid, you can take your site with you, as set out under "Your website, content and domain" below.

Care and support

The offer includes our Looked After care plan for as long as you're on it. There's no separate Looked After fee: together with the setup fee, your £49 a month covers both the build and the care plan. It includes:

  • Hosting, SSL, security and backups
  • Fixes if something stops working, such as an important web form or core feature. Fixes are covered by the plan and do not use your monthly allowance.
  • Up to 30 minutes of content changes each month, such as text updates, photos, prices, opening hours and minor design tweaks
  • A staging copy to preview changes before they go live
  • Support by email or WhatsApp, with replies within 24 hours on working days. During busy periods, replies may take longer.
  • Unused time does not roll over to the next month.
  • Work beyond the monthly allowance, and bigger layout or design changes, are quoted before we start.
